Initial Option Period definition

Initial Option Period means the Option Period commencing on the Plan Start Date and ending on July 31, 1997.

Examples of Initial Option Period in a sentence

  • The option shall be effective during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending six months later (the "Initial Option Period").

  • The Seller acknowledges that PGE may, at its own expense, during the Initial Option Period, undertake pre-production activities in connection with any of the rights to be acquired hereunder including, without limitation, the preparation and submission of treatments and/or screenplays based on the Literary Property.


More Definitions of Initial Option Period

Initial Option Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
Initial Option Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on June 30, 2001; provided, however, if the Atari Advance has not been fully recouped by June 30, 2001, the Initial Option Period shall be extended to a date which is the earlier to occur of (i) June 30, 2003, or (ii) the date on which the Atari Advance is fully recouped.
