Subject Lands definition

Subject Lands means the lands subject to or covered by the oil and gas leases described in Exhibit A, insofar and only insofar as they cover the Target Formation, subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth on such Exhibit A.

Examples of Subject Lands in a sentence

  • If the Club has not remedied the breach or made arrangements satisfactory to the Municipality for remedying the breach, or if the Club does not carry out the said arrangements within a reasonable period of time, of which the Municipality shall be the sole and final judge, the Municipality may enter upon the Subject Lands and carry out the Club’s obligations and the Club shall reimburse the Municipality for all expenses incurred thereby.

  • If the Club and its members wish to use and maintain the Subject Lands beyond the Season, they must obtain written permission to do so from the Municipality and, if the Municipality’s obtains written permission, such usage shall be on the same terms and conditions as outlined in this Agreement.
