  • Disputing Parties shall hold at least two informal meetings to resolve the dispute, commencing within 20 days after the Dispute Initiation Notice, and concluding within 45 days of the Dispute Initiation Notice unless extended upon mutual agreement of the Disputing Parties.

  • The decision whether to pursue mediation, and if affirmative the identity and allocation of costs for the mediator, shall be made within 75 days after the Dispute Initiation Notice.
