Inmarsat Purposes definition

Inmarsat Purposes means the purposes of design, development, manufacture, reconstruction, modification, establishment, marketing, sale, operation or maintenance of the SPS Product Suite and equipment, components or software capable of use, either directly or indirectly, with the SPS Product Suite in connection with satellites and all other centralised infrastructure owned, leased or operated by or on behalf of Inmarsat (or its Associated Companies).
Inmarsat Purposes means the use of Technical Data and Information in connection with the design, development, construction, establishment, operation and maintenance of equipment and components for use in connection with the Inmarsat Space Segment or any earth station which operates or will operate in conjunction therewith.

Examples of Inmarsat Purposes in a sentence

  • In respect of Software, the Contractor hereby grants to Inmarsat, subject to the provisions of Paragraph H of this Article, the world-wide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and to sub-licence others to use for Inmarsat Purposes.

  • The Contractor hereby grants to Inmarsat the irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right (without the right to sub-license) to use the Source Codes for Inmarsat Purposes.

  • The Contractor hereby grants to Inmarsat the world-wide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and to sub-licence others to use for Inmarsat Purposes any Foreground Data or Foreground Invention.

  • With the exception of Deliverable Data listed in Appendix 6 of Annex A hereto, entitled Statement of Work, for which Inmarsat shall have unrestricted rights to copy and use for Inmarsat Purposes, Inmarsat shall have the right to copy and use Deliverable Data for Inmarsat Purposes subject to the provisions of Paragraphs A and D of this Article.

  • Except for Commercial Off the Shelf Software (which shall be governed by the provisions of Paragraph G below, the parties agree that the Contractor shall grant to Inmarsat the worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and to sub-licence others to use for Inmarsat Purposes any Foreground Data or Foreground Invention.

  • Inmarsat shall have the right to copy and use Foreground Data for Inmarsat Purposes subject to the provisions of Paragraphs A and D of this Article.

Related to Inmarsat Purposes

  • Project Purposes means the use of Protected Information strictly and only for purposes related to Recipient’s and its Related Parties’ participation and involvement in the Project, and only for such period of time during which Recipient and its Related Parties are involved in Project related activities.

  • Development Purposes means using the Software for the specific purpose of (a) developing, (b) single-user prototyping, quality assurance or testing and/or

  • Production Purposes means using the Software (a) in a production environment, (b) generally using live data and/or applications for a purpose other than Development Purposes, (c) for multi-user prototyping, quality assurance and testing and/or (d) for backup instances.

  • Approved Purposes means the use of Data by the Provider for the purposes of providing services authorized by APS in Agreements entered into between APS and the Provider (“Authorized Services”) during the term of the SDUPA., and for no other purpose.

  • Business Purposes ’ means purposes normally or otherwise reasonably associ- ated with the use of land for business activities, including shops, offices, showrooms, restaurants or similar businesses other than places of instruction, public garages, builder’s yards, scrap yards and industrial activities;

  • Common Purposes shall include the purposes of managing and maintaining the Premises, the Buildings and in particular the Common Portions, rendition of services in common to the Unit Owners, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and dealing with the matters of common interest of the Unit Owners and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Units exclusively and the Common Portions in common.

  • Approved Purpose means a purpose for the use of recycled tires which is found on the list of Approved Purposes for Recycled Tires maintained by OTS and published on OTS’s web site from time to time;

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Cannabis testing facility means an entity registered by
