Approved Purposes definition

Approved Purposes means the use of Data by the Provider for the purposes of providing services authorized by APS in Agreements entered into between APS and the Provider (“Authorized Services”) during the term of the SDUPA., and for no other purpose.
Approved Purposes means the strategies specified and set forth in the Opioid Abatement Strategies attached as Exhibit A.
Approved Purposes means forward-looking strategies, programming and services used to expand the availability of treatment for individuals impacted by substance use disorders, to: (a) develop, promote, and provide evidence-based substance use prevention strategies; (b) provide substance use avoidance and awareness education; (c) decrease the oversupply of licit and illicit opioids; and (d) support recovery from addiction. Approved Purposes shall include, but are not limited to, the opioid abatement strategies listed on Exhibits A and B which are incorporated herein by reference.

Examples of Approved Purposes in a sentence

  • Any funds remaining in the GFF in excess of: (i) the amounts needed to cover Litigating Local Governments’ private counsel’s representation agreements, and (ii) the amounts needed to cover the common benefit tax discussed in Section C.8 below (if not paid directly by the Defendants in connection with future settlement(s), shall revert to the Participating Local Governments pro rata according to the percentages set forth in Exhibits B, to be used for Approved Purposes as set forth herein and in Exhibit A.

  • All Opioid Funds, regardless of allocation, shall be utilized pursuant to Approved Purposes as defined herein and set forth in Exhibit A.

  • On an annual basis, as determined by the Abatement Council, the Regional fiscal agent shall provide to the Abatement Council the Regional Council’s expenditure data from their allocation of the Regional Share and certify to the Abatement Council that the Regional Council’s expenditures were for Approved Purposes and complied with its 2-year plan.

  • Borrower represents that the proceeds of the Loans will be used only for Approved Purposes.

  • The remainder of Opioid Funds after deducting the costs of the Expense Fund detailed in paragraph 9, the City/County Fund and the Regional Fund will be expended by the State on Approved Purposes, including the provisions related to Core Strategies, if applicable.


More Definitions of Approved Purposes

Approved Purposes means those uses identified in the agreed Opioid Abatement Strategies attached as Exhibit A.
Approved Purposes means evidence-based forward-looking strategies, programming and services used to (i) expand the availability of treatment for individuals affected by substance use disorders, (ii) develop, promote and provide evidence-based substance use prevention strategies, (iii) provide substance use avoidance and awareness education, (iv) decrease the oversupply of licit and illicit opioids, and (v) support recovery from addiction services performed by qualified and appropriately licensed providers, as is further set forth in the agreed Opioid Abatement Strategies attached as Exhibit A. For purposes of the Local Government Share, “Approved Purpose(s)” will also include past expenditures.
Approved Purposes means the use by Borrower of the Loan to partially fund the acquisition and development of the Property.

Approved Purposes means in relation to Intellectual Property Rights procured under the PFI Project Agreement, the purpose as set out in clause 62.1 of the PFI Project Agreement;
