Approved Purposes definition

Approved Purposes means the use of Data by the Provider for the purposes of providing services authorized by APS in Agreements entered into between APS and the Provider (“Authorized Services”) during the term of the SDUPA., and for no other purpose.

Approved Purposes means the strategies specified and set forth in the Opioid Abatement Strategies attached as Exhibit A.

• The Parties shall consult with each other on a regular basis to discuss the disbursement of the Funds and the Approved Purposes with a view to ensuring that the Funds have been properly paid by the Company and disbursed by the Community Benefit Trust and that the Approved Purposes remain a relevant and appropriate use of the Funds.

• All interest accruing on the Designated Account shall be added to the Account when it accrues and used for the Approved Purposes The Company shall (acting reasonably) be entitled upon reasonable notice to receive statements of account activity in relation to the Designated Account Fund Management Meetings The Community Benefit Trust shall: consider the selection and designation of Qualifying Projects in an open and transparent manner and to make such selections and designations at Fund Management Meetings.

• The Community Benefit Trust shall use the Funds exclusively for the Approved Purposes.

• In the event that the Community Benefit Trust is able to obtain a grant or enter into a scheme by which the Funds will be matched then any such additional monies will be used for the Approved Purposes in the same way as the Funds.

More Definitions of Approved Purposes

Approved Purposes means forward-looking strategies, programming and services used to expand the availability of treatment for individuals impacted by substance use disorders, to: (a) develop, promote, and provide evidence-based substance use prevention strategies; (b) provide substance use avoidance and awareness education; (c) decrease the oversupply of licit and illicit opioids; and (d) support recovery from addiction. Approved Purposes shall include, but are not limited to, the opioid abatement strategies listed on Exhibits A and B which are incorporated herein by reference.

Approved Purposes means evidence-based forward-looking strategies, programming and services used to (i) expand the availability of treatment for individuals affected by substance use disorders, (ii) develop, promote and provide evidence-based substance use prevention strategies, (iii) provide substance use avoidance and awareness education, (iv) decrease the oversupply of licit and illicit opioids, and (v) support recovery from addiction services performed by qualified and appropriately licensed providers, as is further set forth in the agreed Opioid Abatement Strategies attached as Exhibit A. For purposes of the Local Government Share, “Approved Purpose(s)” will also include past expenditures.

Approved Purposes means the use by Borrower of the Loan to partially fund the acquisition and development of the Property.

Approved Purposes means only uses to remediate the xxxxx, impact, and risks caused by the opioid epidemic to the State of Nevada and its residents, and are consistent with those uses required by Senate Bill 390 (SB 390) as enrolled by the 81st (2021) Nevada Legislative Session and signed into law by the Nevada Governor, or uses that are listed as an approved use for abatement purposes in any plan approved by a bankruptcy court that are not otherwise inconsistent with SB 390.

Approved Purposes means in relation to Intellectual Property Rights procured under the PFI Project Agreement, the purpose as set out in clause 62.1 of the PFI Project Agreement;

Approved Purposes means projects and activities, including, but not limited to law enforcement, that prevent, reduce, treat, or mitigate the effects of substance abuse and addiction or to reimburse the State or Political Subdivisions for previous expenses related to substance abuse mitigation or arising from covered conduct, subject to any limitations on uses imposed on specific Settlement Funds by any agreement entitling the State or Political Subdivision to those Settlement Funds. Moneys in the Municipalities Fight Addiction fund may also be used by State and Political Subdivisions for the payment of litigation costs, expenses or attorney fees related to opioid litigation, except that a Political Subdivision shall first seek payment from applicable outside settlement sources or settlement fee funds prior to utilizing moneys from the Municipalities Fight Addiction fund for such payments, expenses, or fees.
