Inquiry Costs definition

Inquiry Costs means reasonable and necessary fees and expenses incurred by the Insured Persons solely in connection with such Insured Persons preparation for and response to an Inquiry, but shall not include:
Inquiry Costs means any reasonable and necessary fees, costs and expenses resulting solely from the representation of any Insured at an Inquiry including any investigation directly related to such representation but shall not include the travel, accommodation, salary or other employment related costs (including remuneration of any Principal) of any Insured.
Inquiry Costs means the costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Insured incurred in preparing for and being represented at an Inquiry and shall include legal costs and disbursements. Inquiry Costs do not include salaries, wages, allowances, fees, commissions, awards, bonuses, and travel or accommodation expenses.

  • In formulating such advice, Senior Counsel shall take into consideration the economics of the matter, including the damages and costs that may be payable, the likely Costs and Expenses or Inquiry Costs and the prospects of the Insured successfully challenging the Claim or being exonerated in the Inquiry.

Inquiry Costs means reasonable fees and expenses incurred by the Insured Persons in connection with such Insured Persons’ preparation for and response to an Inquiry, including reasonable fees and expenses incurred by the Insured Persons to produce documents in his or her possession, to prepare for an interview or meeting, or to provide sworn testimony, but shall not include:
Inquiry Costs means all legal costs reasonably incurred in connection with the Insured’s attendance at an Inquiry.
Inquiry Costs means necessary and reasonable legal costs and expenses incurred by the Insured arising out of any notice requiring the Insured's attendance at an inquiry or hearing held before an Inquiring Body, including any Tribunal of the Insured professional body or regulator.
Inquiry Costs means reasonable fees and expenses incurred by an Insured Person in response to an Inquiry, including, without limitation, fees and expenses incurred in preparation for, and attendance at, an interview or meeting requested by an Investigating Authority or a REIT. Inquiry Costs means reasonable and necessary fees, costs (including but not limited to attorney's fees) and expenses (other than regular or overtime wages, salaries, bonuses, stock options, or fees or any other form of compensation of any Insured Person) consented to by the Insurer and incurred by the Insured Person solely in connection with his or her preparation for and response to an Inquiry; provided that Inquiry Costs shall not include any cost of complying with any discovery or other request seeking documents (including electronic information) in the possession or control of an Insured or any other third party.For purposes of the definition and use of Inquiry Costs, Insured Person shall not include an Employee.
