Computer program means a set of instructions, rules, or routines recorded in a form that is capable of causing a computer to perform a specific operation or series of operations.
Computer Programs means a set of related electronic instructions which direct the operations and functions of a computer or device connected to it, which enable the computer or device to receive, process, store, retrieve or send data.
CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.
AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
Award Transfer Program means any program instituted by the Committee which would permit Participants the opportunity to transfer any outstanding Awards to a financial institution or other person or entity approved by the Committee.
Compliance Program means the program established by CNYCC to prevent, detect, and address compliance issues that arise with respect to PPS operations, projects or activities.
Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, which includes terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.
DTC/FAST Program means the DTC’s Fast Automated Securities Transfer Program.
PACE Program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.
Insider Trading means the use of Material Non-Public Information to trade in a Security (whether or not one is an Access Person) or the communication of Material Non-Public Information to others. Insider Trading generally includes:

Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.
Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.
Registered apprenticeship program means an apprenticeship program which is registered with and approved by the United States Department of Labor and which provides each trainee with combined classroom and on-the-job training in an occupation recognized as an apprenticeable trade and meets the program standards of enrollment and graduation under 29 C.F.R. s.29.6.
Rights Offering Procedures means the procedures governing the Rights Offering, which procedures are attached as an exhibit to the Disclosure Statement, and shall be Acceptable to the Debtors and each of the Required Parties.
FINRA Rules means the Constitution, By-Laws, and Rules of Fair Practice of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. ("FINRA") and any interpretations thereof.
Insider Trading Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.
Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving the Notice and consists of Email Notice, Postcard Notice, and Long Form Notice, which shall be substantially in the forms as the exhibits attached to this Agreement.
Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.
Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.
Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.
Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the Distributors of Television Channels that lists Television Channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes;
