Insignificant activities definition
Insignificant activities means those activities which have been listed by the department and approved by the administrator as insignificant on the basis of size, emissions or production rate. Note; insignificant activities are only valid for 20.2.70 NMAC permitting actions.

Insignificant activities means individual emissions units that are either on the list approved by the Administrator and contained in Appendix I, or whose actual calendar year emissions do not exceed any of the limits in (A) and (B) of this definition.
