Cremation chamber means the enclosed space within which the cremation takes place.
ICC means the International Chamber of Commerce.
ICC Rules means the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in effect on the date the applicable arbitration proceeding begins.
Rules of order and procedure means a set of rules that govern and prescribe in a public meeting:
customs airport means any airport declared under section 9 to be a customs- airport;
Site evaluation means a comprehensive analysis of soil and site conditions for an OWTS.
INCOTERMS means International Commercial Terms as on the date of Tender Opening
UCP 600 means the rules of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, as most recently published by the International Chamber of Commerce and in effect as of July 1, 2007 (or such later version thereof as may be in effect at the time of issuance).
Notice of Arbitration means the formal notice from the CONTRACTOR or the CUSTOMER to the other party referring a dispute to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2-9.
customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.
Lead inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based
County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.
customs area means the area of a customs station and includes any area in which imported goods or export goods are ordinarily kept before clearance by customs authorities;
Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
ICC Incoterms means the the latest version of commercial trade terms as published by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris [ICC], which are otherwise referred to as purchase terms and which define precisely the responsibilities, costs and risks of the buyer [Transnet] and the seller [the Supplier]. Incoterms are only applicable to contracts involving the import or export of Goods from one country to another and for the purpose of this Agreement, if applicable, shall mean the designated Incoterm as stipulated in Schedule 1 hereto. ISP98 means the International Standby Practices (1998 Revision, effective January 1, 1999), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 590.
Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;
System of records means a group of any records under the control of any agency from which information is retrieved by the name of the individual or by some identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual.
JAMS means JAMS, Inc. or its successor entity, a judicial arbitration and mediation service.
Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
City Engineer s Representative” shall mean an assistant of the City Engineer i.e. rank of Executive Engineer who will be called as Engineer-in-charge of work notified in writing to the Contractor by the City Engineer.
JAMS Rules has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 13 hereof.
Geotechnical report or "geotechnical analysis" means a scientific study or evaluation conducted by a qualified expert that includes a description of the ground and surface hydrology and geology, the affected land form and its susceptibility to mass wasting, erosion, and other geologic hazards or processes, conclusions and recommendations regarding the effect of the proposed development on geologic conditions, the adequacy of the site to be developed, the impacts of the proposed development, alternative approaches to the proposed development, and measures to mitigate potential site-specific and cumulative geological and hydrological impacts of the proposed development, including the potential adverse impacts to adjacent and down-current properties. Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.
Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.
UNCITRAL means the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
