InstaSearch Proof of Concept means a specific implementation of InstaSearch, incorporating a QPX cache and associated interfaces, that ITA, prior to the date of the Complaint herein, agreed to deliver as a proof-of-concept to a Customer, as more fully defined in a Solution Document/Interface Definition Document (the “InstaSearch POC Solution Document”), attached to this Final Judgment as Exhibit 1.
