Investment Entity means any Entity that conducts as a business (or is managed by an entity that conducts as a business) one or more of the following activities or operations for or on behalf of a customer:
(1) trading in money market instruments (cheques, bills, certificates of deposit, derivatives, etc.); foreign exchange; exchange, interest rate and index instruments; transferable securities; or commodity futures trading;
(2) individual and collective portfolio management; or
(3) otherwise investing, administering, or managing funds or money on behalf of other persons. This subparagraph 1(j) shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with similar language set forth in the definition of “financial institution” in the Financial Action Task Force Recommendations.
Nonprofit entity means any entity organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, or operated by the Federal Government, the State, or any political subdivision of the State.
Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:
Affiliated group of corporations means an affiliated group as defined in section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, except that, if such a group includes at least one incumbent local exchange carrier that is primarily engaged in the business of providing local exchange telephone service in this state, the affiliated group shall not include any incumbent local exchange carrier that would otherwise be included in the group.
Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
Company-Sponsored Equity Account means an account that is created with the Equity Account Administrator in connection with the administration of the Company’s equity plans and programs, including the Plan.
Foreign nonprofit corporation means an entity:
Performing Common Equity means Capital Stock (other than Preferred Stock) and warrants of an issuer all of whose outstanding debt is Performing.
Nonprofit corporation means that term as defined under section 108 of the nonprofit corporation act, 1982 PA 162, MCL 450.2108.
Investment Company Client means any Investment Company (or series thereof ) as to which the Firm is an investment adviser or investment sub-adviser.
Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Portfolio Company means the issuer or obligor under any Portfolio Investment held by any Obligor.

General Motors Financial Company, Inc. means General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (f/k/a AmeriCredit Corp.).
Investment Vehicle means any investment company, separately managed account or pooled investment fund, including, but not limited to mutual fund families, exchange-traded funds, fund of funds, hedge funds, retirement accounts, and employee benefit plans, in which any Defendant has or may have a direct or indirect interest, or as to which that Defendant or its affiliates may act as an investment advisor or manager, but in which any Defendant alone or together with its, his or her respective affiliates is not a majority owner or does not hold a majority beneficial interest.
Business entity means a natural or legal person, business corporation, professional services corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, association or any other legal commercial entity organized under the laws of this State or of any other state or foreign jurisdiction;
BHC Affiliate has the meaning assigned to the term “affiliate” in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 U.S.C. §1841(k).
Regional asset limit means the maximum housing value in each housing region affordable to a four-person household with an income at 80 percent of the regional median as defined by duly adopted Regional Income Limits published annually by COAH or a successor entity.
Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;
Accounts Receivable Subsidiary means one Unrestricted Subsidiary of the Company specifically designated as an Accounts Receivable Subsidiary for the purpose of financing the Company’s accounts receivable and provided that any such designation shall not be deemed to prohibit the Company from financing accounts receivable through any other entity, including, without limitation, any other Unrestricted Subsidiary.
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999 between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If it is determined that the Michigan economic development corporation is unable to perform its duties under this act, those duties shall be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
Health Equity means a health system where all Members can reach their full health potential and well-being and are not disadvantaged by their race, ethnicity, language, disability, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, social class, other socially determined circumstances, or intersections among these factors.
Registered Investment Company means any one or more corporations, partnerships or trusts registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 for which Fidelity Management and Research Company serves as investment advisor.
Qualified portfolio company means a company that (i) has its principal place of business in the
