Institutional services means services paid for by Washington apple health, and provided:

Institutional services means services described in section
Institutional services. Means those non-professional Covered Health Services provided by or through a state licensed facility. Such services include, but are not limited to, inpatient or outpatient hospital services, skilled nursing facility services and emergency room services.
