Instrument of Assumption and Joinder definition

Instrument of Assumption and Joinder means an Instrument of Assumption and Joinder substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto.

More Definitions of Instrument of Assumption and Joinder

Instrument of Assumption and Joinder means an instrument of assumption and joinder duly executed by the applicable Subsidiary party thereto and substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto.
