To be classified as an Instrumentation and Controls Tradesperson, a tradesperson must have at least three years relevant on-the-job experience as a tradesperson - 12 months of which must be at the level of "Instrument Tradesperson - Complex Systems" and in addition must have satisfactorily completed a related post-trades course equivalent to at least two years part time study.
