Insurance Approvals definition

Insurance Approvals means the Buyer Insurance Approvals and the Seller Insurance Approvals.
Insurance Approvals shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.22;
Insurance Approvals means those Transaction Approvals identified as “Insurance Approvals” on ‎Section 3.08(f) of the PRE Disclosure Letter.

More Definitions of Insurance Approvals

Insurance Approvals means the Parent Insurance Approvals and the Company Insurance Approvals.
Insurance Approvals means the approvals set forth in Annex B.
