Insurance Coverage Claim definition

Insurance Coverage Claim means any Claim for insurance coverage and/or other benefits under the Subject Policies.

Insurance Coverage Claim means any past, present or future Claim against the Insured seeking (a) monetary or other relief (including without limitation, medical monitoring, injunctive or declaratory relief) from the Insured under any insurance or reinsurance policies or contracts issued by the Insured, or (b) damages, injunctive or other relief due to allegedly unlawful claims handling practices of the Insured, including without limitation, any Claims against the Insured for bad faith or breach of fiduciary duties due to the manner in which the Insured investigated, settled or paid claims under any insurance or reinsurance policies or contracts issued by the Insured.

  • Noble shall reimburse Arcelor for any applicable administrative and processing fees or other costs and expenses imposed by the insurer and paid by Arcelor relating to Insurance Coverage Claims and the processing thereof, provided however, that no litigation shall be commenced against any such insurer relating to an Insurance Coverage Claim absent the prior written consent of Arcelor (which consent shall not be unreasonable withheld or delayed).

Insurance Coverage Claim means any Claim seeking defense or indemnity or any other benefit, including any claim for contribution or indemnity by Other Insurers, under or relating to the Policies, including as to alleged existence and exhaustion of applicable limits of each and every Policy. “Insurance Coverage Claim” does not include a dispute arising under or with respect to this Agreement.
