Insured Amount As defined in the Policy.
Insured Property means the vessel, including the power units, accessories and equipment. “Parasailing” means using your vessel to tow a person in a device designed for flight. “Waterskiing” means using your vessel to tow a person on water skis or flotation devices.

Pervious surface means an area that releases as runoff a small portion of the precipitation that falls on it. Lawns, gardens, parks, forests or other similar vegetated areas are examples of surfaces that typically are pervious.
Insured Loss means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures, which was caused by an event required to be covered by the insurance described in Paragraph 8.3(a) irrespective of any deductible amounts or coverage limits involved.
Impervious surface means a surface that has been covered with a layer of material so that it is highly resistant to infiltration by water.
Covered Property is the address stated on your Agreement Coverage Summary Page. • “Domestic-grade” Items are those that were designated by the manufacturer, manufactured and marketed solely for installation and use in a residential single family dwelling.
Insured Casualty has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(x)(iv)(B).
Covered Project means and includes any project which consists of one or more of the following:
Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).
Insured Amounts means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Deficiency Amount for such Distribution Date.
Action area means all areas to be affected directly or indirectly by the Federal action and not merely the immediate area involved in the action (50 CFR 402.02).
Insured Expenses Expenses covered by an Insurance Policy or any other insurance policy with respect to the Mortgage Loans.
Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.
Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.
Restoration Cost has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06.
Acreage means the number of acres of land area of an Assessor's Parcel as shown on an Assessor's Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the Board may rely on the land area shown on the applicable final map, parcel map, condominium plan, or other recorded County parcel map.
Impervious area means any surface that does not allow stormwater to infiltrate into the ground.
Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;
Special Hazard Loss Any Realized Loss suffered by a Mortgaged Property on account of direct physical loss, but not including (i) any loss of a type covered by a hazard insurance policy or a flood insurance policy required to be maintained with respect to such Mortgaged Property pursuant to Section 3.10 to the extent of the amount of such loss covered thereby, or (ii) any loss caused by or resulting from:
Insured Event shall have the meaning given such term in Section 12.4.
Coverage Area means the area described in the Website for which Nearmap has available Products, which may cover part or all of that area and which may cover part (but not all) of the area covered by the Survey.
