Integrated Transmission System definition

Integrated Transmission System or "ITS" means the Transmission Facilities as defined in the Revised and Restated Integrated Transmission System Agreement between Oglethorpe Power Corporation (An Electric Membership Generation & Transmission Corporation) and Georgia Power Company, dated as of November 12, 1990, as amended from time to time.
