Upon receipt of each of Interconnection Customer’s payments of such bills, Transmission Provider shall reimburse the applicable Interconnected Transmission Owner.
Interconnection Customer shall obtain Transmission Provider’s approval prior to either synchronizing with the Transmission System or energizing, as applicable per the determination of Transmission Provider, the Customer Facility or, except in an Emergency Condition, disconnecting the Customer Facility from the Transmission System, and shall coordinate such synchronizations, energizations, and disconnections with the Interconnected Transmission Owner.
Interconnection Customer agrees that Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner, acting on behalf or at the direction of Transmission Provider, may make changes to the schedules that they respectively establish as necessary to maintain the reliability of the Transmission System.
In the event that this Interconnection Service Agreement contains any terms that deviate materially from the form included in Attachment O of the Tariff, Transmission Provider shall file the Interconnection Service Agreement on behalf of itself and the Interconnected Transmission Owner with FERC as a service schedule under the Tariff within thirty days after execution.
As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.
