Separate Assignments. Where separate assignments of Assets have been or will be executed for filing with, and approval by, applicable governmental authorities, any such separate assignments (a) shall evidence this Assignment and assignment of the applicable Assets herein made and shall not constitute any additional Assignment or assignment of the Assets, (b) are not intended to modify, and shall not modify, any of the terms, covenants and conditions or limitations on warranties set forth in this Assignment and are not intended to create, and shall not create, any representations, warranties or additional covenants of or by Assignor to Assignee and (c) shall be deemed to contain all of the terms and provisions of this Assignment, as fully and to all intents and purposes as though the same were set forth at length in such separate assignments.
Separate Assignments. If Publisher so desires, Publisher may request Writer to execute a separate assignment in Publisher’s customary form with respect to each Composition hereunder. Upon such request, Writer shall promptly execute and deliver such separate assignment, and upon Writer’s failure to do so, Publisher shall have the right, pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof, to execute such separate assignment on behalf of Writer. Such separate assignment shall supplement and not supersede this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of such separate assignment and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern. The failure of either of the parties hereto to execute such separate assignment, whether such execution is requested by Publisher or not, shall not affect the rights of each of the parties hereunder, including but not limited to the rights of Publisher to all of the Compositions written, composed or acquired by Writer during the term hereof.

Where separate assignments of Conveyed Interests have been or will be executed for filing with, and approval by, applicable Governmental Bodies, any such separate assignments (a) shall evidence this Assignment and assignment of the applicable Conveyed Interests herein made and shall not constitute any additional assignment or assignment of the Conveyed Interests, (b) are not intended to modify, and shall not modify, any of the terms, covenants and conditions or limitations on warranties set forth in this Assignment or the Purchase and Sale Agreement and are not intended to create, and shall not create, any representations, warranties or additional covenants of or by Assignor or Assignee, and (c) shall be deemed to contain all of the terms and provisions of this Assignment, as fully and to all intents and purposes as though the same were set forth at length in such separate assignments.

Where separate assignments of Conveyed Interests have been or will be executed for filing with, and approval by, applicable Governmental Bodies, any such separate assignments (a) shall evidence this Assignment and assignment of the applicable Conveyed Interests herein made and shall not constitute any additional Assignment or assignment of the Conveyed Interests, (b) are not intended to modify, and shall not modify, any of the terms, covenants and conditions or limitations on warranties set forth in this Assignment and are not intended to create, and shall not create, any representations, warranties or additional covenants of or by Assignor or Assignee and (c) shall be deemed to contain all of the terms and provisions of this Assignment, as fully and to all intents and purposes as though the same were set forth at length in such separate assignments. The Parties shall use their reasonable efforts to assist each other in the execution and filing of any such separate assignments, if necessary.
Separate Assignments. Where separate assignments of the ORRI have been or will be executed for filing in other recording jurisdictions or counties or for filing with, and approval by, any applicable Governmental Entity, any such separate assignments (a) shall evidence this Assignment and assignment of the ORRI herein made and shall not constitute any additional assignment of the ORRI, (b) are not intended to modify, and shall not modify, any of the terms, covenants and conditions or limitations on warranties set forth in this Assignment and are not intended to create, and shall not create, any representations, warranties or additional covenants of or by Assignor or Assignee and (c) shall be deemed to contain all of the terms and provisions of this Assignment, as fully and to all intents and purposes as though the same were set forth at length in such separate assignments.
Separate Assignments. Each amount of Rent and each covenant and obligation relating hereto and under a Lease shall be deemed to be the subject of a separate and individual assignment by the terms hereof. The Mortgagee may exercise its rights hereunder in respect of each of the Assigned Rights (hereinafter individually called an "Assigned Right") separately and whether or not the Mortgagee in its discretion exercises such rights in respect of any or all of the other Assigned Rights.

Where separate assignments or deeds of the Treatment Assets have been, or will be, executed for filing with and approval by applicable Governmental Authorities, any such separate assignments or deeds (a) shall evidence the Assignment and assignment of the Treatment Assets herein made, and shall not constitute any additional Assignment or assignment of the Treatment Assets,

Where separate assignments of the CPO have been or will be executed for filing in other recording jurisdictions or counties [or parishes] or for filing with, and approval by, any applicable Governmental Entity, any such separate assignments (a) shall evidence this Assignment and assignment of the Assignor’s right, title and interest in and to the CPO herein made and shall not constitute any additional assignment of the Assignor’s right, title and interest in and to the CPO, (b) are not intended to modify, and shall not modify, any of the terms, covenants and conditions or limitations on warranties set forth in this Assignment and are not intended to create, and shall not create, any representations, warranties or additional covenants of or by Assignor or Assignee and (c) shall be deemed to contain all of the terms and provisions of this Assignment, as fully and to all intents and purposes as though the same were set forth at length in such separate assignments.
Separate Assignments. Debtor agrees to execute and deliver assignments and such other documents and instruments as the Secured Party may reasonably request with respect hereto.
Separate Assignments. At the time of making each Separate Bank Advance, Lender may require Borrower to deliver a separate assignment to Lender of all of Borrower's right, title and interest in the Consumer Paper and Consumer Loan Collateral and other property, right, proceeds or payment forming part of the Collateral including but not limited to all Borrower's rights in and to any applicable Take-Out Commitment and insurance policies and proceeds and Borrower will pay the cost of filing the same in all public offices.
