Intellectual Property of Supplier definition

Intellectual Property of Supplier means the intellec- tual property rights connected to the information pro- vided by Supplier to Purchaser in physical or electronic format, or communicated orally, and which is needed for the use of the Scope of Supply, irrespective of whether originating from Supplier or its sub-suppliers.
