Intellectual Property Registrations definition

Intellectual Property Registrations means all Intellectual Property Assets that are subject to any issuance, registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

Intellectual Property Registrations means Patent Rights, registered Trademarks, registered copyrights and designs, mask work registrations and applications for each of the foregoing.

Intellectual Property Registrations has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(b).

Examples of Intellectual Property Registrations in a sentence

• All required filings and maintenance/renewal fees related to the Intellectual Property Registrations have been timely filed with and paid to the relevant Governmental Authorities and authorized registrars, and there are no such fees due within six (6) months of the date of this Agreement.

• All required filings and fees related to the Intellectual Property Registrations have been filed with and paid to the relevant Governmental Bodies and authorized registrars, and all Intellectual Property Registrations are otherwise in good standing, and, except as set forth on Schedule 3.10(a), no action is required within thirty (30) days following the Closing to maintain such Intellectual Property Registrations.

• Seller has made available to Purchaser true and complete copies of file histories, documents, certificates, office actions, correspondence and other materials related to all Intellectual Property Registrations.

Intellectual Property Registrations means the Company’s Intellectual Property that is subject to any issuance, registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

Intellectual Property Registrations means Patent Rights, Trademarks (other than unregistered trademarks, service marks and trade dress), registrations and applications for Copyrights and registrations and applications for Mask Works.

Intellectual Property Registrations means Patent Rights, Trademarks (other than unregistered trademarks, service marks and trade dress), registered copyrights and designs, mask work registrations and applications for each of the foregoing.

Intellectual Property Registrations means all: (i) Patents, including applications therefor; (ii) registered Trademarks and applications therefor, including intent-to-use applications; (iii) Copyright registrations and applications therefor; (iv) Domain Name registrations; (v) mask works and integrated circuit topography registrations and applications therefor; (vi) industrial design registrations and applications therefor; and (vii) other applications, certificates, filings, registrations or other documents issued by, filed with, or recorded by, any private, state, Governmental Authority or other public or quasi-public legal authority in connection with any Intellectual Property Rights.

Intellectual Property Registrations means all Intellectual Property Assets that are subject to any issuance, registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing. For the avoidance of doubt, this definition shall not include any Intellectual Property Registrations that relate to filings which have been abandoned by the Company or have become inactive.
