Intellectual Property Registrations definition

Intellectual Property Registrations means all Intellectual Property Assets that are subject to any issuance, registration, or application by or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including issued Patents, registered Trademarks, domain names and Copyrights, and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

Intellectual Property Registrations has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(b).

Examples of Intellectual Property Registrations in a sentence

• All required filings and fees related to the Intellectual Property Registrations have been timely submitted with and paid to the relevant Governmental Bodies and authorized registrars.
