Mask Works definition

Mask Works are all mask works or similar rights available for the protection of semiconductor chips, now owned or later acquired.

Mask Works means all mask works, mask work registrations and applications therefor, and any equivalent or similar rights in semiconductor masks, layouts, architectures or topology.

Mask Works means any mask works and registrations and applications for registrations thereof.

• Borrower shall promptly provide to Bank a copy of the Copyright application(s) filed with the United States Copyright Office, together with evidence of the recording of the security documents necessary for Bank to maintain the perfection and priority of its security interest in such Copyrights or Mask Works.

More Definitions of Mask Works

Mask Works means mask works, layouts, topographies and other design features with respect to integrated circuits.

Mask Works has the meaning set forth within the definition of Intellectual Property Right(s) herein.

Mask Works means mask works and registrations and applications for registration thereof and any other rights in semiconductor topologies under the laws of any jurisdiction.

Mask Works means all mask works of any country, whether registered or unregistered and applications for mask work registration.
