INTENT OF THE PARTIES definition

INTENT OF THE PARTIES. The clarifications and restatements set forth in Sections I, II, III, and IV above and agreed upon by the parties hereto are included herein as a means of reemphasizing the original intent of the Lease provisions being clarified. The parties hereto therefore agree that all provisions of the Lease, as clarified above, continue in full force and effect.

  • Conference of the Parties means the Conference of the Parties to the Convention;

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Specified Merger Agreement Representations means such of the representations and warranties made with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries by the Company in the Merger Agreement to the extent a breach of such representations and warranties is material to the interests of the Lenders.
