Interconnection Capacity Limit definition

Interconnection Capacity Limit means the maximum instantaneous amount of Energy that is permitted to be delivered by the Facility to the Delivery Point under Seller’s Interconnection Agreement, in the amount of 72 MW.
Interconnection Capacity Limit means the maximum instantaneous amount of Energy that is permitted to be delivered to the Delivery Point.
Interconnection Capacity Limit means the maximum instantaneous amount of Energy that is permitted to be delivered to the Delivery Point in the amount of 90 MW.

More Definitions of Interconnection Capacity Limit

Interconnection Capacity Limit means the maximum instantaneous amount of Energy that is permitted to be delivered to or from the Facility to the Delivery Point under the Interconnection Agreement, in the amount of 300 MW.
Interconnection Capacity Limit means the maximum instantaneous amount of Energy that is permitted to be delivered to the Delivery Point under Seller’s Interconnection Agreement, which amount is 13 MWAC.

Related to Interconnection Capacity Limit

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
