Interest and Charges Schedule definition

Interest and Charges Schedule means the document (however titled and in whatever form) which details the interest applicable to any cash holding and all associated charges relating to the Service (and whether provided to you directly by us or via the Representative on our behalf);

  • Charges, fees and expenses will be deducted from your Investment Account(s) as described in the Interest and Charges Schedule or as otherwise incurred in accordance with these Terms, and you agree to ensure you have sufficient cleared funds in your Investment Account(s) to cover your transactions and to pay the associated fees, charges and expenses specified in the Interest and Charges Schedule.

  • In accordance with the Terms, we may from time to time introduce new fees, expenses and charges which will be detailed in an updated Interest and Charges Schedule and provided to you via the Representative’s Website.

  • Please ensure that you carefully read the Interest and Charges Schedule as it may contain information as to when amounts will be deducted from your Investment Account and the payment arrangements in place between ourselves and your Representative.

  • Your Representative will provide you with full details on costs and charges (including the above) in the Interest and Charges Schedule, or otherwise in writing.

  • You agree that we are entitled to receive payment for our proper and reasonable fees, charges and expenses as set out in our Interest and Charges Schedule which will be provided to you by your Representative from time to time.

Related to Interest and Charges Schedule

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.

  • Breakage Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3(h) hereof.
