Interest Floor definition

Interest Floor means the minimum interest rate (expressed as a percentage per annum) for loans made by ADB which are funded through participations in the loans by AIF as in effect at 12:01am Manila time on the date of the Loan Agreement and communicated to the Borrower, which minimum interest rate shall remain fixed for the term of the Loan;
Interest Floor means 0.00%.

  • SOFR Floor means a rate of interest per annum equal to zero basis points (0.00%).

  • Lowest floor means the lowest floor of the lowest enclosed area (including basement). An unfinished or flood resistant enclosure, usable solely for parking of vehicles, building access, or limited storage in an area other than a basement area is not considered a building's lowest floor, provided that such an enclosure is not built so as to render the structure in violation of the applicable non-elevation design requirements of this ordinance.

  • LIBOR Floor means 0.00%.

  • Rate Floor The minimum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note. Rating Agency: Initially, each of S&P and Xxxxx’x and thereafter, each nationally recognized statistical rating organization that has rated the Certificates at the request of the Company, or their respective successors in interest.   • Mezzanine Floor means an intermediate floor between two floors, above ground level, accessible only from the lower floor;

  • PIK Interest Rate means (a) in respect of any Interest Period, the Additional Tax Payer Protection Rate plus (b) in respect of any Interest Period ending on or prior to the first anniversary of the date hereof, the Adjusted LIBO Rate plus the Applicable Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for a payment of interest at a Fixed Pass-Through Rate.

  • Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.06% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.
