Interest Rate Derivative definition

Interest Rate Derivative means a Listed Product where the Underlying is an interest rate or a bond.
Interest Rate Derivative means any interest rate swap, cap or collar agreement.
Interest Rate Derivative or “IRD” means the Financial Instruments and Transactions set out in section 5, below.

Interest Rate Derivative or “IRD” means the Financial Instruments and Transactions set
Interest Rate Derivative means a transaction, pursuant to which the Parties shall make, on the established Value Date(s) and in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions, interest payments on the Nominal Amount of the corresponding Transaction, whereas, as a rule, the interest rates payable by the Parties are calculated on a different basis.   • Interest Rate Contracts means all interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements and interest rate insurance.

  • Interest Rate Cap means a Cap.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove.
