Class Period means the period of time from May 12, 2020 to March 11, 2021, inclusive.
Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests Any of the Class LA1, Class LA2, Class LA3, Class LA4, Class LA5, Class LASB, Class LAS, Class LB, Class LC, Class LD, Class LE, Class LF and Class LNR Uncertificated Interests.
Lower Tier REMIC Interests Each of the Class LTA-1 Interest, the Class LTA-2A Interest, the Class LTA-2B Interest, the Class LTA-2C Interest, the Class LTA-2D Interest, the Class LTM-1 Interest, the Class LTM-2 Interest, the Class LTM-3 Interest, the Class LTM-4 Interest, the Class LTM-5 Interest, the Class LTM-6 Interest, the Class LTB-1 Interest, the Class LTB-2 Interest, the Class LTB-3 Interest, the Class LTIX Interest, the Class LTIIX Interest, the Class LTII1A Interest, the Class LTII1B Interest, the Class LTII2A Interest, the Class LTII2B Interest, the Class LT-IO Interest and the Class LTR Interest.
Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest A regular interest in the Lower-Tier REMIC which is held as an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC and is entitled to monthly distributions as provided in Section 5.02(a) hereof. Any of the Class 1-L Interest, Class 1-LS Interest, Class 2-L Interest, Class 2-LS Interest, Class 3-L Interest, Class 3-LS Interest, Class 4-L Interest and Class 4-LS Interest are Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests.
Rights Period has the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 2.12(2);
Lower Tier Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Net Revenue Interest means, with respect to any Property, the interest in and to all Hydrocarbons produced, saved, and sold from or allocated to such Property after giving effect to all royalties, overriding royalties, production payments, carried interests, net profits interests, reversionary interests, and other burdens upon, measured by, or payable out or production therefrom.
Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Regular Certificates, Class PEZ Regular Interest or Component.
Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests Each of the Lower Tier REMIC Interests other than the Class LTR Interest.
REMIC I Interests The REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-I Certificates.
Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.
Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.
Current Interest With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of interest accrued at the applicable Certificate Interest Rate during the related Accrual Period on the Class Principal Amount or Class Notional Amount, as applicable, of such Class prior to any distributions of principal, allocations of Realized Losses or allocations of Certificate Writedown Amounts prior to such Distribution Date.
Class UT-R Interest The residual interest in the Upper-Tier REMIC as described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interest As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.
Lower-Tier Regular Interests The respective classes of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Lower-Tier REMIC, designated as the Class XX-0, Xxxxx XX-0, Class LA-3, Class LA-4, Class LA-AB, Class LA-S, Class LB, Class LC, Class LD, Class LE, Class LF, Class LG and Class LVRR Lower-Tier Regular Interests.
Income interest means the right of an income beneficiary to receive all or part of net income, whether the terms of the trust require it to be distributed or authorize it to be distributed in the trustee's discretion.
Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and
Interest Reset Period The period beginning on the applicable Reset Date and ending on the calendar day preceding the next Reset Date.
Class A-1 Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a 360-day year).
Lower-Tier Regular Interest Each of the Class LT-A-1, Class LT-A-2, Class LT-A-3, Class LT-A-4, Class LT-M-1, Class LT-M-2, Class LT-M-3, Class LT-M-4, Class LT-M-5, Class LT-M-6, Class LT-B-1, Class LT-B-2, Class LT-B-3, Class LT-IO and Class LT-Accrual Interests as described in the Preliminary Statement.
REMIC II Interests means, collectively, the REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-II Certificates.
Corresponding REMIC I Regular Interest means with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the REMIC I Regular Interest having an initial Certificate Balance equal to the Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan outstanding as of the Cut-Off Date, after taking into account all principal and interest payments made or due prior to the Cut-Off Date.
Interest Carry Forward Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A Certificates or the Mezzanine Certificates, the sum of (i) the amount, if any, by which (a) the Interest Distribution Amount for such Class of Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date exceeded (b) the actual amount distributed on such Class of Certificates in respect of interest on such immediately preceding Distribution Date, (ii) the amount of any Interest Carry Forward Amount for such Class of Certificates remaining unpaid from the previous Distribution Date and (iii) accrued interest on the sum of (i) and (ii) above calculated at the related Pass-Through Rate for the most recently ended Interest Accrual Period.
Class X Interest The regular interest in the Class X REMIC represented by the Class X Certificates as specified and described in the Preliminary Statement and the related footnote thereto.
