Interface Contractor definition

Interface Contractor means an Other Contractor listed in Schedule 1 or otherwise identified by the Principal's Representative as an Interface Contractor that is carrying out, or that will carry out, Interface Work.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • New Contractor means any successor to the Contractor in the provision of services similar to the Services (or part thereof) to the Purchaser;
