Examples of Interim Advance in a sentence
A duly executed AIA Document G722 (or a substantially similar document), stating the total amount of the Interim Advance requested, the date on which such Interim Advance is to be made, and a specific breakdown of items and costs for which the Interim Advance is being made.
All payments on any Interim Advance shall be payable to Agent solely for its own account (and for the account of the holder of any participation interest with respect to such Interim Advance).
If the Interim Advance is not repaid in full within sixty (60) days of the initial occurrence of the Interim Advance, no future advances may be made to Borrower without the consent of all Lenders until the Interim Advance is repaid in full.
Applicable transaction costs and "soft" costs related to the addition of the Parcels and/or the development of the New Improvements shall also be eligible for inclusion in an Interim Advance.
With respect to each request for a Borrowing pursuant to this Section 2.3(a), each Lender agrees that Agent may in Agent’s sole discretion, but Agent shall not be obligated to, make such requested Borrowing to Borrower on behalf of the Lenders as an Interim Advance.
