Interim Cash Collateral Order definition

Interim Cash Collateral Order means an interim or preliminary Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Cash Collateral Stipulation.
Interim Cash Collateral Order means an order to be entered by the Bankruptcy Court approving the Debtorsuse of cash collateral of the Prepetition Secured Parties and the provision of adequate protection to the Prepetition Secured Parties, including the Adequate Protection Payments, on an interim basis and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, with any changes to such form as are satisfactory to the Borrower and the Required Backstop Parties.
