Interim Cash Collateral Order definition

Interim Cash Collateral Order means an order to be entered by the Bankruptcy Court approving the Debtorsuse of cash collateral of the Prepetition Secured Parties and the provision of adequate protection to the Prepetition Secured Parties, including the Adequate Protection Payments, on an interim basis and in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, with any changes to such form as are satisfactory to the Borrower and the Required Backstop Parties.
Interim Cash Collateral Order means an interim order authorizing the use of cash collateral consistent with the terms set forth in the Restructuring Term Sheet and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Required Consenting Creditors.
