Interim Consolidated Financial Statements definition

Interim Consolidated Financial Statements has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.7(a).
Interim Consolidated Financial Statements means the half year consolidated financial statements of the Guarantor covering itself and its Subsidiaries prepared pursuant to clause 7.6.1(b) of the Trust Deed;
