Interim Indicative Access Charges definition

Interim Indicative Access Charges means the access charges for Interim Indicative Services provided for in the Access Undertaking;
Interim Indicative Access Charges has the meaning given to it in section 4.16(b)(i); “Interim Indicative Services” has the meaning given to it in section 4.16(b)(i); “kgtkm” means a thousand gross tonnes multiplied by kilometres travelled;

Examples of Interim Indicative Access Charges in a sentence

  • In accordance with Schedule G, Section 2(d), and as RAB for Pricing Zone 3 is greater than the RAB Floor Limit for Pricing Zone 3, ARTC is required to provide Interim Indicative Access Charges for Pricing Zone 3 applicable during the Compliance Period, and for the previous calendar year.

  • ARTC’s 2011 Interim Indicative Access Charges and other Charges that applied for the 1 July to 31 December 2011 Compliance Period was based on a forecast volume of 55M nett tonnes for constrained export coal and 2.8M nett tonnes for constrained domestic coal for the 2011 calendar year.

  • During the Compliance Period, Access revenue was collected from Rail Operators under existing Access Agreements, based on 2011 Interim Indicative Access Charges and other Charges as contemplated under the 2011 HVAU.

Related to Interim Indicative Access Charges

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI Telecordia Practice BR 000-000-000.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors.   • Collective agreement year means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the first day of the renewed collective agreement.   • Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
