Interim Response Costs definition

Interim Response Costs means all costs, including but not limited to direct and indirect costs, (a) paid by the United States in connection with the Site between [insert date identified in Past Response Costs definition] and the Effective Date, or (b) incurred prior to the Effective Date, but paid after that date.]

More Definitions of Interim Response Costs

Interim Response Costs means all costs, including direct and indirect costs, (a) paid by the United States in connection with the Site between February 28, 2011 and the Effective Date, or (b) incurred prior to the Effective Date but paid after that date.
Interim Response Costs means all costs, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect costs, (a) paid by the United States in connection with the Site between March 20, 2020 and the Effective Date, or (b) incurred prior to the Effective Date but paid after that date.
