Interim Status means the privilege limited privileges granted by the Board of Nursing Boards to a graduate of a an approved nurse practitioner education program meeting the requirements of Subparagraph (e)(1) of this Rule or a registered nurse seeking initial approval in North Carolina. Carolina with limited privileges, as defined in Part (c)(2)(D) (d)(6) of this Rule while awaiting final approval to practice as a nurse practitioner.

  • Familial status means the condition of one or more minors being domiciled with:

  • Active status means (i) for employees, the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an employee, (ii) for Directors, that the Director has not been removed from the Board for cause (as determined by the Company’s shareholders), and (iii) for Consultants, the absence of any interruption, expiration, or termination of such person’s consulting or advisory relationship with the Company or any Subsidiary or the occurrence of any termination event as set forth in such person’s Award Agreement.
