Internal control means a process effected by an entity's governing board, management, and other personnel, designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives in the following categories:
Internal Costs means, for any period, the product obtained by multiplying (a) the actual total FTEs (or portion thereof) devoted to the performance of activity under this Agreement during such period, by (b) the applicable FTE Rate.
Internal Controls has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(d).
external company means a foreign company that is carrying on business, or non-profit activities, as the case may be, within the Republic, subject to section 23(2);
Complaint means any dissatisfaction expressed by a Complainant orally or in writing to HMO about any aspect of HMO’s operation, including, but not limited to:
Internal combustion engine means stationary gas turbines and reciprocating internal combustion engines.
Complaint Investigation means an investigation of any complaint that has been made to a proper authority that is not covered by an abuse investigation.
Internal test assessment means, but is not limited to, conducting those tests of quality assurance necessary to ensure the integrity of the test.
Formal complaint means a document filed by a complainant or signed by the Title IX Coordinator alleging sexual harassment against a respondent and requesting an investigation of the allegation of sexual harassment.
Environmental Complaint shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.
Weakness means a flaw in the SOQ that increases the risk of unsuccessful Contract performance. A significant Weakness in the SOQ is a flaw that appreciably increases the risk of unsuccessful Contract performance.
Product Complaint means any written, verbal or electronic expression of dissatisfaction regarding the Product, including without limitation reports of actual or suspected product tampering, contamination, mislabeling or inclusion of improper ingredients.
Internal control over financial reporting means a process effected by an insurer’s board of directors, management and other personnel designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of the financial statements, i.e., those items specified in Section 5(B)(2) through 5(B)(7) of this regulation and includes those policies and procedures that:
Adverse Event means any untoward medical occurrence in a human clinical trial subject or in a patient who is administered a Licensed Product, whether or not having a causal relationship with such Licensed Product, including, without limitation, any unfavorable and unintended sign (including, without limitation, abnormal laboratory findings of clinical concern), symptom or disease temporally associated with the use of such Licensed Product.
Internal Collaboration means collaborative arrangements within a group of companies or within various strategic business. units/subsidiaries/operating divisions in order to gain a strategic position whilst sharing resources, profits and losses as well as risks

Authorization/Representation/Letter of Agency:By entering into this Agreement, you authorize XOOM to act on your behalf under your local utility’s tariffs in accordance with the rules and regulations of the PUCO. You acknowledge that you are your local utility account holder, or a person legally authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the account holder for electricity service and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You agree to authorize XOOM to obtain your credit information and you agree to authorize your local utility to release all information relating to your historical and current electricity usage, billing and payment history to XOOM or its authorized representatives. You acknowledge that XOOM has full authority to make all rates and tariff selections necessary to meet its obligations under this Agreement. You may rescind this authorization at any time by contacting XOOM. Neither your social security number, customer account number nor any other customer financial information will be released by XOOM, except where such release is required by court order or by Commission Order or Rule, without your affirmative written consent. Execution of this Agreement shall constitute authorization for the release of this information to XOOM.
Internal Control Event means a material weakness in, or fraud that involves management or other employees who have a significant role in, the Borrower’s internal controls over financial reporting, in each case as described in the Securities Laws.
Complaints means each of the following documents:
Internal audit means an independent appraisal activity established within an agency as a control system to examine and objectively evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of other internal control systems within the agency.
Internal Auditor means the person employed or engaged by the Corporation to perform the internal audit function of the Corporation;
Environmental and Social Standard 8: Cultural Heritage”; (ix) “Environmental and Social Standard 9: Financial Intermediaries”; (x) “Environmental and Social Standard 10: Stakeholder Engagement and Information Disclosure”; effective on October 1, 2018, as published by the Bank.
Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.
Environmental and Social Standards or “ESSs” means, collectively:
(i) “Environmental and Social Standard 1: Assessment and Management of Environmental and Social Risks and Impacts”; (ii) “Environmental and Social Standard 2: Labor and Working Conditions”; (iii) “Environmental and Social Standard 3: Resource Efficiency and Pollution Prevention and Management”;
Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.
Internal appeal means an internal appeal to the relevant authority in terms of section 74;
Statement of Grievance shall name the employee involved, shall state the facts giving rise to the grievance, shall identify by appropriate reference all the provisions of this Master Contract alleged to be violated, shall state the contention of the employee and of the Association with respect to these provisions, and shall indicate the specific relief requested.
