Internal Cover Pool Monitor means VLK Internal Audit (as part of Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx) appointed by the Issuer as internal cover pool monitor for the purpose of Article 40n of the Decree, inter alia, to monitor on an annual basis compliance with Articles 3:33b and 3:33ba of the Wft and Articles 40e up to and including 40m of the Decree (excluding Articles 40g and 40k of the Decree) (which expression shall include such other person as may be appointed from time to time as Internal Cover Pool Monitor).
