Internal End Use definition

Internal End Use is use of the Software in an internal Target Application to produce revenue or benefit. • A License Acknowledgment Certificate (“LAC”) is a separate document issued by RTI to You specifying the Project, Project Type, Site, OEM Software Development Kit (if applicable), and references special terms (“Project Terms”) (if any) and other details of the licenses that You are granted. You may have multiple LACs; each forms a separate Agreement. If You do not have an applicable LAC, then Your use is as specified under “Evaluation License” below.
Internal End Use is use of the Software in an internal Target Application to produce revenue or benefit.  The “Term” is the active period of this Agreement, as specified in the LAC.
Internal End Use is use of the Software in a Target Application to be operated by the Licensee to produce direct revenue or benefit to Licensee rather than sold or licensed to a third party. ● A License Acknowledgement Certificate (“LAC”) is a separate document issued by RTI to Licensee specifying the Project, Project Type, Site, Software, number and type of licenses, and references special terms (if any) and other details of the licenses that Licensee is granted. Licensee may have multiple LACs; each forms a separate agreement that is governed by the terms of this SLA. If Licensee does not have an applicable LAC, then Licensee’s use is as specified under “Evaluation License” below.

Examples of Internal End Use in a sentence

  • You may not use the Software for Development that is intended for commercial distribution (“Commercial Purpose”) or Internal End Use (aka “production code”).

  • Licensee may not use the Software for Internal End Use, unless such use is expressly permitted in the LAC.

  • Experimental Features and Engineering Builds (a) have not gone through RTI’s standard commercial testing; (b) shall not be distributed or sublicensed to third parties; (c) shall not be used in any production system or Internal End Use; (d) are not subject to maintenance or support from RTI; (e) may not be included in future releases of the Software; and (f) ARE PROVIDED ”AS-IS” WITH NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.

  • You may not use the Software for Development that is intended for commercial distribution or Internal End Use (aka “production code”); and 2.

  • If You license the Software under such a subscription, you must notify RTI of your anticipated usage for each year (or other Term) in good faith and pay the required fees in advance.OEM Project-Wide Subscriptions may not use the Software for Internal End Use.

Related to Internal End Use

  • Internal Systems means the internal systems of each of the Corporation that are presently used in its Business or operations, including, computer hardware systems, software applications and embedded systems.

  • Internal Use means use of the Sprinklr Services for Customer’s and/or Customer Affiliates’ general business use, solely for the benefit of Customer and/or Customer Affiliates, but does not include use of the Sprinklr Services to provide any services for the benefit of third parties.

  • Internal combustion engine or ‘engine’ means an energy converter, other than a gas turbine, designed to transform chemical energy (input) into mechanical energy (output) with an internal combustion process; it includes, where they have been installed, the emission control system and the communication interface (hardware and messages) between the engine's electronic control unit(s) and any other powertrain or non-road mobile machinery control unit necessary to comply with Chapters II and III;

  • Internal Purposes means distribution of installation programs of Licensee products both internally within Licensee and externally to Licensee’s customers.

  • external company means a foreign company that is carrying on business, or non-profit activities, as the case may be, within the Republic, subject to section 23(2);

  • Internal Restructuring shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(f) of this Agreement.

  • External inspection means an inspection made when a boiler is in operation.

  • External Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for consumption by end-users outside the PJM Region, or for load in the PJM Region that is not served by Network Transmission Service.

  • Internal Reorganization has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • Engineering controls means constructed containment barriers or systems that control one or more of the following: downward migration, infiltration, or seepage of surface runoff or rain; or natural leaching migration of contaminants through the subsurface over time. Examples include caps, engineered bottom barriers, immobilization processes, and vertical barriers.

  • Systems means servers, hardware systems, databases, circuits, networks and other computer and telecommunications assets and equipment.
