Internal Research Use definition

Internal Research Use means use by Codexis for internal research to assess the feasibility of producing a particular Product within the Codexis Field. It is understood and agreed that Internal Research Use does not include production of any Product for commercial sale or any other commercial use of any Product or the conduct of any Services.
Internal Research Use means use solely for research and/or pharmaceutical lead discovery purposes, internally or as part of a Collaboration, including the right to have any of the foregoing conducted on a Party's (including Collaboration partners') behalf by a * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Related to Internal Research Use
