Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.
Personal liability means personal liability for a debt, liability, or other obligation of an organization which is imposed on a person that co-owns, has an interest in, or is a member of the organization:
Legal Liability means responsibility which courts recognize and enforce between persons who sue one another.
General Liabilities shall have the meaning given it in Article III, Section 6(b) of this Declaration of Trust;
D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.
General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:
Environmental Liabilities and Costs means all liabilities, monetary obligations, Remedial Actions, losses, damages, punitive damages, consequential damages, treble damages, costs and expenses (including all reasonable fees, disbursements and expenses of counsel, experts, or consultants, and costs of investigation and feasibility studies), fines, penalties, sanctions, and interest incurred as a result of any claim or demand by any Governmental Authority or any third party, and which relate to any Environmental Action.
Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;
Business of the Company means any business or activity involved in grocery or general merchandise retailing and supply chain logistics, including but not limited to grocery distribution, business-to-business portal, retail support services and third-party logistics, of the type provided by the Company or its Affiliates, or presented in concept to you by the Company or its Affiliates at any time during your employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates.
Personal lines insurance means property and casualty insurance coverage sold for primarily noncommercial purposes to:
Product Liabilities means any Liability arising out of, relating to or resulting from actual or alleged harm, injury, damage or death to persons in connection with the use of any product (including in any clinical trial or study);
BRRD Liability means a liability in respect of which the relevant Write Down and Conversion Powers in the applicable Bail-in Legislation may be exercised.
Environmental Costs and Liabilities means any and all losses, liabilities, obligations, damages, fines, penalties, judgments, actions, claims, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, fees, disbursements and expenses of legal counsel, experts, engineers and consultants and the costs of investigation and feasibility studies and remedial activities) arising from or under any Environmental Law or order or contract with any Governmental Authority or any other Person.
Third Party Liability means both of the following:
Safety Obligations means all applicable obligations concerning health and safety (including any duty of care arising at common law, and any obligation arising under statute, statutory instrument or mandatory code of practice) in Great Britain;
Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.
long-term insurance business means the business of providing or undertaking to provide policy benefits under long-term policies, but does not include -
Liabilities and Costs means all claims, judgments, liabilities, obligations, responsibilities, losses, damages (including lost profits), punitive or treble damages, costs, disbursements and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’, experts’ and consulting fees and costs of investigation and feasibility studies), fines, penalties and monetary sanctions, interest, direct or indirect, known or unknown, absolute or contingent, past, present or future.
Environmental Liabilities means all liabilities, monetary obligations, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including all reasonable fees, disbursements and expenses of counsel, experts, or consultants, and costs of investigation and feasibility studies), fines, penalties, sanctions, and interest incurred as a result of any claim or demand, or Remedial Action required, by any Governmental Authority or any third party, and which relate to any Environmental Action.
