International Professional employee definition

International Professional employee means, unless otherwise stipulated, a member of the Secretariat staff as categorised under the Commission’s Staff Regulations and the CCAMLR Job Classification System, remunerated under the ICSC System.

  • Casual Employees means employees who are employed on a casual basis and includes persons who are employed for periods not exceeding five days at any one time.

  • Health professional means an individual licensed or otherwise authorized to engage in a health profession under article 15 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16101 to 333.18838, and whose scope of practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with a substance use disorder.
