Internationalized Domain Name definition

Internationalized Domain Name means a Domain Name that contains at least one label that is represented, in whole or in part, in a language-specific script or alphabet, such as Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, Myanmar, Tamil, Hebrew or the Latin alphabet-based characters with diacritics or ligatures, such as French.
Internationalized Domain Name means an Internet domain name containing language-specific script or alphabet that are stored in the Domain Name System as ASCII strings using Punycode transcription.
Internationalized Domain Name means a Domain Name that contains at least one label that is displayed in software applications, in whole or in part, in non-ASCII language-specific script or characters.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.
