Internet Portal Services definition

Internet Portal Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.
Internet Portal Services means a comprehensive collection of AOL-branded, Spanish and/or Portuguese language, internet or online services intended to aggregate and market all material consumer relevant segments of web-based Content targeted to consumers in one or more specific countries within the Territory and accessible to all Persons, regardless of whether they are Subscribers within such countries. By way of illustration, in Brazil, the americaonline.com.br is an Internet Portal Service, while individual websites devoted to e-commerce, vertical markets or specific subjects (e.g., personal finance) would not be Internet Portal Services.
Internet Portal Services means each electronic-based information, communication, or transaction service that the Bank provides to the Member through the Member-specific portion of the Bank’s website accessible through the Internet pursuant to this Agreement, the Service Guide, and any applicable policies and procedures established by the Bank from time to time. Internet Portal Services do not include information available on the publicly accessible portion of the Bank’s Website.

Examples of Internet Portal Services in a sentence

  • Upon confirmation of the Investor's acceptance and verification of the Investor's identity, the Agreement will become valid and effective and the Investor will become authorized to use the Internet Portal Services.

  • Member shall be responsible for all actions taken on or with respect to the Internet Portal Services using User IDs. Member represents, warrants, and covenants that each of its employees who uses the Internet Portal Services shall use only the services that Member has expressly authorized (and only to the extent authorized) the employee to use in the relevant User Authorizations then in effect.

  • Member shall notify the Bank immediately if Member becomes aware of (i) the loss or compromise of a User ID, (ii) any unauthorized use of a User ID, (iii) any inaccuracies in Member’s information available through a Internet Portal Service, or (iv) any other activity in regard to the Internet Portal Services that Member considers to be suspicious or irregular.

  • Notwithstanding the security procedures described above and those set forth in the Internet Service Guide or the Bank's Control Standards for Members and any applicable policy or procedure, there is a possibility that unauthorized third parties may access information transmitted or received by Member pursuant to the Internet Portal Services.

Related to Internet Portal Services

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;
