Net Purchases means purchases of goods and services charged to the Account, less refunds and adjustments;
Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.
Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2
Websites means all Internet websites, including content, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data, databases, Software and related items included on or used in the operation of and maintenance thereof, and all documentation, ASP, HTML, DHTML, SHTML, and XML files, cgi and other scripts, subscriber data, archives, and server and traffic logs and all other tangible embodiments related to any of the foregoing.
Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15
Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;
Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.
Radio means a system for transmitting sound without visual images, and includes broadcast, cable, on-demand, satellite, or internet programming. Radio includes any audio programming downloaded or streamed via the internet.
Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,
Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.
Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels subscribed/carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.
Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.
Purchases On the settlement date for the purchase (or earlier, if market practice requires delivery of the purchase price before the settlement date), Bank will debit the Cash Account for the settlement amount and credit a separate account at the Bank. Bank then will post the Securities Account as awaiting receipt of the expected Financial Assets. Customer will not be entitled to the Financial Assets that are awaiting receipt until Bank or a Subcustodian actually receives them. Bank reserves the right to restrict in good faith the availability of contractual settlement date accounting for credit or operational reasons.

Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;
VoIP means voice over Internet protocol.
Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.
Bundle means to collect contributions from more than one source which are then delivered by one person to the Mayor or to his political fundraising committee.
Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.
