Intoxicating substance definition

Intoxicating substance means any substance, preparation, or a combination of substances and preparations other than alcohol or a controlled substance, that is either of the following:

Intoxicating substance means any substance, whether legal or illegal, that may have an intoxicating or mind-altering effect when ingested, snorted, smoked or otherwise introduced into the body. Intoxicating substances include, but are not limited to, “bath salts,” nitrous oxide, glues, solvents or herbs or other plants such as salvia.

Intoxicating substance means that term as defined in section 625.

More Definitions of Intoxicating substance

Intoxicating substance means alcohol or any other substance or product which is, or whose fumes are capable of being inhaled or otherwise used for the purpose of causing intoxication. It does not include controlled drugs.

Intoxicating substance means anything which if taken into the body may alter or impair normal mental or physical func- tions, including lysergic acid diethylamide, cocaine, marijuana, alcohol or any controlled substance as defined in ch. 961, Stats.

Intoxicating substance means any substance having the property of releasing toxic vapours or fumes which contain any chemical compound specified in the first column of the Schedule and which when inhaled induces or causes a state of intoxication;

Intoxicating substance means a controlled substance, as defined in title 50, chapter 32, Montana Code Annotated (MCA 50-32-101 et seq.), or its successor provision, and an alcoholic beverage, including but not limited to a beverage containing one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume. Intoxicating substance does not include dealcoholized wine or a beverage or liquid produced by the process by which beer, ale, port, or wine is produced if it contains less than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume.

Intoxicating substance means any intoxicating liquor, alcoholic drink, drug (other than a drug lawfully supplied by a chemist on a medical prescription) or any other gas, solvent or other chemical substance or combination of substances having or capable of having an effect similar to intoxicating liquor or a drug.
