Intrastate Transporter definition

Intrastate Transporter means a Transporter which is an intrastate Pipeline under applicable law and regulation and is regulated by a State jurisdictional authority and "State" means, if used, the state in which the Intrastate Transporter operates its Pipeline and in which it is regulated.
