Investment Grade Credit definition

Investment Grade Credit means any account debtor/lessee of any Borrower which is rated BBB- or higher by Standard & Poor's or Baa3 or higher by Xxxxx'x.
Investment Grade Credit means an investment grade senior debt rating or shadow rating from either Xxxxx'x Investors Services ("Xxxxx'x"), or Standard & Poor's ("S&P"). The term "investment grade" as used herein shall mean a rating of at least equal to the rating categories BBB and higher for S&P, and Baa and higher for Xxxxx'x. If neither Xxxxx'x nor S&P is then in existence, "Investment Grade Credit" shall be defined by such other company as Landlord reasonably designates.
Investment Grade Credit means a determination by both Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's that Tenant has a cuxxxxx "credit rating" equal to "investment grade" (a minimum rating of Baa by Moody's and BBB by Standard & Poor's, respectively). If Moody's or Sxxxxxxx & Poor's no longer provides such rating services, xx xx the basis for determining investment grade credit thereby is materially changed, then a comparable rating service shall be used, as may be determined by Landlord in the exercise of its reasonable good faith business judgment. If Subtenant fails to maintain a credit rating equal to Investment Grade Credit as determined by Standard & Poor's and Moody's which is current within ninety (90) days at any time during xxxxxx the First or Second Option Term, Subtenant shall reinstate the Enhancement Letter of Credit in accordance with Section 23 below.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (a) with respect to Fitch, a credit rating of BBB- or higher, (b) with respect to Xxxxx’x, a credit rating of Baa3 or higher and (c) with respect to S&P, a credit rating of BBB- or higher.

  • Investment Grade Certificate As of any date of determination, a Certificate that is rated in one of the four highest generic rating categories by at least one Rating Agency that is defined as a “Rating Agency” under Section III of the Exemption.

  • Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

  • Investment Grade Account Debtor means an Account Debtor that, at the time of determination, has a corporate credit rating and/or family rating, as applicable, of BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s.

  • Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the Notes have an Investment Grade Rating from each Rating Agency, and no Default has occurred and is then continuing under this Indenture.

  • Moody’s First Trigger Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, (i) if such entity has a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A2” and a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s of “Prime-1”, or (ii) if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A1”.

  • Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, (i) if such entity has a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A3” and a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s of “Prime-2”, or (ii) if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A3”.

  • Required Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Required Ratings Threshold and the Moody's Second Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • Downgrade Event means, unless otherwise specified on the Cover Sheet, for a Party means that Party’s Credit Rating falls below BBB- from S&P or Baa3 from Moody’s or becomes no longer rated by either S&P or Moody’s.

  • Moody s” means Moody’s Investors Service, Inc.

  • Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.

  • Moody’s Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Moody's and xxxx xx effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsexxxxx xong-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Eligible Investment Required Ratings means, in the case of each Eligible Investment, a short-term credit rating of at least “A-1” (or, in the absence of a short-term credit rating, “AA-” or better) from S&P.

  • DBRS means DBRS, Inc., and its successors in interest.

  • Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.
