Investment Grade Pricing Grid definition

Investment Grade Pricing Grid means the “Investment Grade Pricing Grid” as defined and otherwise detailed in the definition of Applicable Margin.

(or such later version thereof as may be in effect at the time of issuance of such Letter of Credit). “Issuance Notice” means an Issuance Notice substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.3. “Issuing Bank” means KeyBank, in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, together with its successors and permitted assigns. 27

Related to Investment Grade Pricing Grid

  • Investment Grade Rating means a rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Moody’s and BBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P, or an equivalent rating by any other Rating Agency.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.
