In the event of a conflict between such Letter of Credit Application and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern subject to the terms of the International Standby Practices 1998, and any subsequent official revision thereof and the terms of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (2007 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 600, and any subsequent official revision thereof.
